Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing feintproductions.com, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site does

This site is an information and intake point for FEINT Productions. We provide talent management for independent creators, and website, owner-portal, advertising, and content production services for businesses. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement or accepted written proposal.

3. Services and payment

• Package prices shown on this site are current and may change. The price in your signed proposal is the one that applies to you.
• Build fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance.
• Packages that include advertising management have a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Cancel any month-to-month service with 30 days written notice.
• Advertising spend is never included in our fees. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the ad platforms, in your own ad accounts.

4. The 14-day guarantee

For website builds: if your site is not deployed and reachable at the agreed domain within 14 days of us receiving both your build fee and the materials we need (content, brand assets, and domain or DNS access), we refund the build fee. Days waiting on client materials, approvals, or access do not count toward the 14.

5. Ownership

• You own your domain, your brand, the content you supply, and your business data (bookings, leads, customer records) at all times.
• We own the portal software and site code we build and operate. While your subscription is active, you have a license to use it. If you cancel, your portal access ends and we provide an export of your business data on request.
• Content we produce for you (video, photo, design) is yours to use for your business once paid for. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of your own business, the accuracy of information you give us to publish, your own obligations to your customers (including your own privacy policy), and the truthfulness of any claims in advertising you approve.

7. Talent applications

Information you submit when applying for management must be accurate and belong to you. Submitting an application grants us a limited license to review, store, and respond to it, and does not guarantee representation. Any management relationship is governed by a separate signed agreement.

8. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from any service: not follower counts, lead volume, ad performance, revenue, or search rankings. Advertising platforms change their rules and pricing without notice, and results depend on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEINT Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
