1. Who we are

FEINT Productions ("we," "us," or "our") operates feintproductions.com from Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide two kinds of services: talent management for independent creators, and website, owner-portal, advertising, and content production services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry and application information you submit through the form on our site or by email: name, email address, social handles, whether you are a business or a creator, and what you need from us.
• Client account information if you become a client: business name, billing contact details, and the materials you give us to do the work (brand assets, copy, accounts access you choose to share).
• Automatically-collected data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

3. Data we handle for business clients

When we build and operate a website and owner portal for a business, that business's customer data (for example bookings, enquiries, tracking links, and receipts) flows through systems we build and maintain. We handle that data only as a service provider, on the client's instructions and on the client's behalf. The client owns that data, the client's own privacy policy governs it, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. When a client engagement ends, we return or delete the client's customer data on request.

4. Third parties we use

We share certain data with the following processors, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• FormSubmit (relays enquiry-form submissions to our email)
• Google Fonts (typefaces served by Google)
• Microsoft 365 / GoDaddy (email)

If we run advertising campaigns, ad platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok may set pixels on the specific landing pages built for those campaigns. Client campaign pixels run inside the client's own ad accounts.

6. Your rights
